ORIGAMI Barista Bowl

Origami is a Japanese brand, rooted in Mino ware craftsmanship from the Toki area of Gifu Prefecture (a major historical ceramics region), and it positions its products at the intersection of functional barista tools and playful, design-forward tableware.
 
Origami's matcha bowl has been developed and updated many times over the last years based on feedback from clients and coffee shop owners.
They have improved the bowl by applying glaze all the way to the rim, resulting in a design with an even more artisanal, handcrafted character.
The rounded form of the base supports smooth whisking without obstructing the movement of the chasen, enabling a seamless preparation experience. The spout has been refined through repeated improvements so that you can pour matcha down to the very last drop, while also minimizing dripping.
 
This product is sufficiently durable to withstand dishwasher use, making it recommended not only for cafés and other professional settings, but also for home use.
 
As this product uses a kiln-reactive glaze, the color and texture will vary from piece to piece. Due to the nature of the glaze, there may be glaze runs around the rim or variations in how the color appears; however, these are not defects. We kindly ask for your understanding.
